Pulping
Natural plant fibers (bagasse, bamboo, wood pulp) are pulped with water into a slurry.
Molding
The slurry is vacuum-formed on precision molds to shape each product.
Hot Pressing
Molded forms are heat-pressed at high temperature to achieve strength and a smooth, waterproof surface.
Trimming
Excess edges are trimmed for a clean, precise finish on every piece.
Sterilization
Products undergo UV sterilization to meet food-contact hygiene standards (FDA, LFGB).
Packaging
Finished products are packed and prepared for worldwide shipping.
Certifications
